Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic such as pageviews, country, device, browser, and referrer. We do not use it to identify anonymous visitors by name, and we do not send form contents to analytics.

Checklist requests

If you request the home-service missed-call checklist, we store the email address you provide in a private lead database so we can give you access and follow up about the checklist or The Neighbors. We do not sell that email address. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Bookings and contact

If you book a walkthrough or contact us, the information you provide is used to respond, prepare for the conversation, and follow up about The Neighbors. The booking provider may process that information under its own privacy terms.

Call demos and service calls

When a voice demo or customer call flow is enabled, calls may be transcribed or recorded to operate and improve the service. Callers should receive the disclosure required for the configured workflow and location.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or opt out of follow-up by emailing surya@theneighbor.dev.
